Creativity takes courage. ~Henri Matisse I never thought I could engage in creative expression, much less become an artist. The skill of those who could look at an object and draw it perfectly intimidated me. It wasn’t until I embraced adulthood that I discovered that art is a language of its own—a method to capture the essence of rhythm, harmony, and contrasts that reflect my unformed words. Perfection is not the goal. At Amayzart studio, we encourage aspiring artists to redefine their creative journey. As an artist, I perceive the spirit of my subject. Whether it's an everyday object, a piece of nature, or the human form, I aim to project an intimate vision of life and the mystery of the unknown self. My art communicates the words I struggle to express and invites the viewer to feel and hear my narrative. By participating in art workshops, I found my voice among a family of artists who share this journey. Art is where I find my courage.

Visual art has always been a fundamental part of me. Starting with cartoon characters as a kid, I explored calligraphy, pencil drawings, printmaking, and collage before ultimately settling on paint as my preferred tool in the Amayzart studio. 

I fell in love with texture, shadows, and light—the elements that inhabit my subconscious. Through creative expression, I find joy in unfolding my inner self onto paper and canvas, revealing what is unknown and unrealized. It has become a labor of love, a constant in my life and a testament to my journey as part of a family of artists.

The first question I always ask a viewer is, 'What do you see? How does it make you feel?' I believe that artist statements should capture this essence. Art is more than decoration—it serves as a profound reflection of life, and I hope to convey that through the art workshops I lead.

My artistic journey began with my father's encouragement, as I grew up in a family of artists. A childhood fascination with horses guided me in mastering realism in graphite and photography. Yet, even at that young age, a natural inclination towards surrealism hinted at the direction my work would eventually take. 

At Amayzart studio, my art explores human emotions through irony, surrealism, and abstraction, often inspired by found objects and vintage themes. In my art workshops, I work across various mediums—from mixed media to three-dimensional pieces—interweaving life experiences and memories of times gone by. Each creation reflects the ironic serendipity of life itself and serves as a testament to the power of creative expression.
